You only need 4 ingredients to make these absolutely delicious 4 ingredient flat breads. You don't need a stand mixer, simply make these in one bowl. Use these delicious flat breads for gyros, wraps, tortillas, dipping into your curries etc they are delicious

Ingredients
250g Plain Flour (all purpose flour)
150g Warm Milk
1 Tsp Salt
50g Melted Butter
Directions
Melt your butter in the microwave in 30 seconds burst until melted, give it a good mix after each burst. Because it is only a small amount of butter it should only take about 1 min to melt but you can also do 10 seconds etc if you only have a little bit left to melt.
Warm your milk for about 30 seconds in the microwave just until it is slightly warm, we don’t want it too hot just warmed lightly
Add your flour, salt, butter and warm milk into a bowl and give it a good mix around until it is all combined
Lightly flour your bench and hands, tip out your dough and knead it for about 2-3 minutes. If it gets sticky just add a bit more flour but just small bits we don’t want to add a huge amount more (*see note 1)
Once done roll into about 6 balls of dough, try to do about the same size, pop them onto your flour bench or a floured chopping board, dust a little flour over the top and cover with a tea towel. Leave for 15 minutes minimum to proof, you can leave for longer though
Once done roll your dough into your round flat breads, don’t stress if they aren’t perfect. You want them to be a few mm thickness not as thin as a tortilla (*See note 2). I like to roll them all out and then cook them, you can place them in between baking paper, don’t pop them on top of each other as they will stick. If you have 2 people one can roll while one starts to bake
Preheat your pan to a medium-high heat, place one flat bread in the pan (you don’t need oil) and cook for about 2 minutes until the bubbles start to appear and you get some browning on the side that is cooking. Flip and again cook for about 2 minutes each side. We don’t want to overcook them otherwise they will go too hard once they cool. You will
Once cooked take out of the pan and serve right away, or you can re-heat them in the pan for 20-30 seconds not long just to heat through once you are ready to eat
You can store these in a airtight container or ziplock bag for 2-3 days or you can freeze them, use the baking paper in-between each one and freeze for up to 6-8 months
