You absolutely loved our reindeer bark so I had to so a delicious Gingerbread Cookies version, it's just too cute and delicious not too.

A delicious yet super cute chocolate bark for Christmas
Ingredients
-
Bake it by Giovannellis Gingerbread Cookies mini gingerbread men approx. 9 and a couple of extras crushed up
-
1 Block of White Chocolate Melted
-
Handful Christmas m&ms
-
Christmas Sprinkles
Directions
Break up & melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts
And spread on some baking paper, with either a tray or chopping board underneath so you can pick it up easily
Then add on your mini gingerbread men, I put on about 9 but you can add as many as you like
Crush up a bit of gingerbread and sprinkle it over the top
Add some Christmas M&Ms and some Christmas Sprinkles
Pop into the fridge for at least 1-2 Hours so it can set properly and then cut into pieces
If it is hot like it has been in Australia then pop them into a container into the fridge and just take out too serve otherwise they will melt

Recipe Note
- This makes 9 pieces the way I set out the gingerbread but you can easily melt more chocolate to get more
- Pop into an airtight container and if your in Australia and it is super hot like it has been keep it in the fridge
- You can also use Milk Chocolate if you don't like white
