2 ingredients to make the perfect at home gyros is just perfection!
Ingredients

250g Self Raising Flour

200g of Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
Add your yogurt and flour & mix together until combined. I use a spatula or spoon then my hands to really mix well
Portion your dough mine is about 2 tablespoons or a small ball sized. You can make them any size
Roll in between 2 pieces of baking paper. This will help you roll it without a heap of flour. You can add a tiny bit of flour if your dough is quite sticky. You can pull lightly too if needed. And try to make it a circle (ish) shape that is quite thin as it does puff a little when cooking so you want it to be thin
Cook on higher heat for approx. 1-2 minute each side. Don’t overcook it otherwise it will become hard
Then add your fav toppings, I added tzatziki, grilled chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onion & spinach with a squeeze of lemon

- this is a super simple dough to make, it will be a little sticky but the baking paper will help
- I haven't tried re-heating these as I prefer to make them fresh
