One of my favourite homemade snacks, that are quick and easy to make but also taste good. I don't know about you but I also want a snack because I am hungry so I want my snacks to be filling which these are, tasty and satisfying, making them the perfect homemade snack
Ingredients

🥜 140g Natural Peanut Butter chunky or smooth I used the Bega Brand
- 🥜 120g Chocolate about 6 rows I use @nestleanz 40% dark its a baking choc but I like that its darker not too dark & not too sweet & I always have it in my cupboard but use your fav choc
- 🥜 70g Rolled Oats
- 🥜 A sprinkle of salt
Directions
- 🥜 Melt your chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts and mix well inbetween each time
- 🥜 Mix your oats & peanut butter in a bowl
🥜 Line a cupcake tray im using my silicone cupcake moulds from my biz Bake it by Giovannellis i’ve tagged the product below in the FAQ
- 🥜 Add about 1/2 tbsp of the oats mix to each cupcake mould it makes about 12
- 🥜 Add about 1/2 tbsp of melted chocolate to the top of each to cover
- 🥜 Add a dash of salt to each and pop into the freezer for about 20-30 mins until set or the fridge for at least 2 hours

Expert Tips, Variations & FAQ:
- You can grab the silicone cupcake moulds here from Bake it by Giovannelli's
- You can use any nut butter you like, some variations would be cashew butter, almond butter etc. Use the natural kind for these though of whichever nut butter you decide
- You can use milk chocolate on top if you prefer or even white chocolate if that's your fav Add some nuts on top for extra crunch These are no bakes
- Store in a airtight container in the fridge or freezer i store mine in the fridge still in the silicone moulds
- The peanut butter/oats isn’t baked so it needs to stay in the fridge/freezer and only get it out when your going to eat
