Ingredients
- π About 4 tomatoes sliced in about 5mm thickness not too thin. I used the Kumato kind but any tomatoes will do
- π 1/4 of a red onion slices thingly
- π About 7-10 Bambini Bocconcinis (small ones) you can use a bigger one & just slice it up
- π A small handful of Basil chopped
- π A drizzle of olive oil and balsamic
- π Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- π Slice your Tomatoes, Red onion, Cut your bocconcini in 1/2 & chop your basil
- π Place tomatoes around your plate or serving platter donβt worry if they overlap, then your red onion, bocconcini, basil & sprinkle with salt and pepper (salt & tomatoes are best friends)
- π Then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic just enough to drizzle over you donβt want it drenched. If you donβt love balsamic just use olive oil instead

Recipe Note
- If your not a balsamic fan you can just use olive oil instead
- You can use any tomatoes you like but the bigger tomato style does look really affective on the plate so is a great option to look like you have put in a lot of effort
