Who doesn't love a cheats version of their favourite snacks and this one using the Simson's Pantry mini pizza bases is perfect
Ingredients
-
3/4 tbs of za’atar spice
-
1/2 tbsp of oil
-
1 Simsons Pantry Mini Pizza Base
-
A sprinkling of your fav cheese
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 180c
Combine 3/4 tbs of za’atar spice with 1/2 tbsp of oil you can use less of either if you don’t want too much on there. I personally love the flavour of the spice so don’t mind a bit of it
Spread onto you @simsonspantry mini pizza bases
Add some of your fav cheese, mozzarella would be delicious
Bake for about 10 mins or until your cheese is melted
Chop up into pieces and you can eat it hot or cold perfect for lunchboxes

Recipe Note
- You can get Za'atar spices from most middle eastern supermarkets or even quite a few fruit shops will stock this now too.
- If you have never eaten it maybe start with half the amount of spice so it isn't too overpowering
- This makes for a delicious snack for school but also for a bit of a twist on a lunch option, add some salad on top and maybe some protein to enjoy
