@_ashleysplace_ These were delicious 😋 Winter Warmers Day 6: Cheats Mini Pizza Bites I used the pizza dough pack from the supermarket just to try for a cheats version and I’d definitely say it’s a little stickier than normal pizza dough but I find that each time I use it but it works just well I also found it easier to put these in my reusable cupcake moulds from @bakeitbygiovannellis too I tested some in the moulds some in the tin with butter. But when I make them again I’d put it in cupcake moulds instead How to make them: 🍕 Let your dough ball come to room temp follow the instructions on the pack 🍕 Mix about 160g of passata with 1/2 tsp of oregano, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and 1/4 tsp of onion powder with a squeeze of lemon juice, a sprig of rosemary and a dash of salt & pepper to taste 🍕 Grated about 1 cup of mozzarella 🍕 Chop about 12 pieces of Salami 🍕 if your not using cupcake liners then melt 1tbs of butter till just melted add a sprig of rosemary & some garlic skip if your using the cupcake liners 🍕 preheat oven to 180c 🍕 to assemble I rolled 12 pieces of dough into small balls first to make sure I had enough about a small golf ball size 🍕 push into the cupcake mould/tray and flatten slightly whike pushing it up the sides a little.
