@_ashleysplace_ Chocolate for breakfast anyone?? 😍 Yes you can make and eat a delicious chocolate chia pudding for breaky and enjoy it! Save this recipe & follow @_ashleysplace_ for the next episode Breakfast Series Ep 3: Chocolate Chia Puddings Now these are not a sweet breakfast even though you think it would be, chia seeds aren’t sweet so you can add sweeteners in but if your cocoa is sweet or has sugar you can add less. Mine is pure cocoa so not sweet It all depends on taste so you can make it and if it isn’t sweet enough the next day then add some extra maple syrup or honey 🍯 its why below its 1-2 tbsp Ingredients: 🧡 3 Tbsp of Chia seeds (white or black is fine) 🧡 2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder 🧡 1 cup Almond milk or any milk you like (i just used almond milk as I had it left from smoothies) 🧡 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence 🧡 1-2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup of Honey Optional toppers: 🧡 A Tbsp of greek yogurt 🧡 A sprinkle almond flakes 🧡 A few Strawberries 🍓 How to make it: 🧡 Add all your ingredients into a glass jar or container and mix really well until its all incorporated. Add the lid of cover and into the fridge.
