So simple yet so delicious, these are perfect for those delicious in season winter madarins
Ingredients
-
4 Rows of Chocolate
-
2 Mandarins
Directions
Melt your chocolate 🍫 any one you like, I like this one and always have it on hand for baking but it is a bit darker so you can use milk chocolate too. Melt in 30 second bursts in a microwave save dish in the microwave and mix well in between each 30 seconds. The residual heat will melt the chocolate so give it a good mix.
Peel your mandarin, check for any seeds and take any excess white bits off. Side note my mandarins are room temp not from the fridge otherwise you may seize your choc up if they are cold
Dunk into your melted chocolate and use a fork to flip it over, and lift out letting any excess drip off
Pop onto baking paper and into the fridge for a couple of hours or until hard, you can pop into the freezer too
And enjoy 😍. These can be stored in a airtight container in the fridge or freezer if you want the mandarin hard

Recipe Note
- I did 4 rows melted for 2 mandarins
- My mandarins are room temp not from the fridge otherwise you may seize your choc up if they are cold. They are also small/medium size not sure large. If you have large you may need an extra row of chocolate
