These 3 ingredient Cinnamon Wrap Chips were gone so fast after I made them, they were so simple to make and a great way to use up that one last wrap that is hiding in your pantry.

Ingredients
20g butter, melted
3 tsps. cinnamon sugar
1 Simson’s Pantry High Protein Extra Large Wrap
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
Melt your butter in the microwave in 30-second bursts, mixing well in between each burst. It won’t take long though, as it’s a small amount.
Pop your wrap on a piece of baking paper, brush your butter onto one side of your wrap. You can use a pastry brush or just a knife, but a brush will be easier.
Dust with 1.5 tsps of cinnamon sugar. I find it easier using the container and dusting it as it distributes more evenly, but you can use a spoon.
Flip it over and repeat on the other side, then cut into smaller squares using a knife, a pizza cutter or kitchen scissors. You want to cut it before baking otherwise it doesn’t cook the same so don’t skip that step
Bake for about 15 minutes, but keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. You do want them crispy though and golden brown to get that nutty flavour. If some are cooked quicker than others, just take them out and keep cooking the rest.
