These are such a delicious way to eat your leftover roast chicken & veggies. I saw this on insta from Phillips and had to try it right away. I have linked the original recipe in the tik tok video, I didn't have all the ingredients so just added my leftovers.
Ingredients
-
2 Cups of left over Roast Chicken and Veggies
-
5 Rice paper Sheets
Directions
Roughly chop vegetables and chicken into bite size pieces
Dip one rice paper sheet in lukewarm water for about 10 seconds, then place on a board and wait for about 30 seconds until paper becomes soft and pliable.
Add 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the center of the rice paper. Cover the filling with the bottom half, fold in the sides, then roll up to enclose & repeat until you have filled all your ricepaper rolls.
Spray all over with olive all
Pop into your airfryer I like to put the folded side down
Cook on 200°C for about 12 mins until crispy
