Such a delicious breakfast option but one that can also be taken on the go as well since it can be eaten hot or cold
Ingredients

🥞 1 Large Banana
- 🥞 2 Eggs
- 🥞 A splash of vanilla essence
- 🥞 80g plain flour
- 🥞 60ml milk
- 🥞 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder
Directions
🥞 Mash your banana into a bowl & add the 2 eggs give that a little mix together
- 🥞 Then add flour, vanilla, milk & cinnamon and mix together i like to use a whisk to do this so it goes nice and smooth
- 🥞 Add half to your pan with a tiny bit of olive oil or butter whichever you prefer & cook on a lower temp until it starts to bubble and is slightly set then flip it over and cook on the remaining side for another 1-2 minutes
🥞 Repeat with remaining batter & enjoy 😊

Recipe Note
- This makes about 2 decent size pancakes, depending on how many you want this is about 2 serves. If you want more serves you can double the recipe etc
- I find a whisk really helps to incorporate all the ingredients together but you can use a for if you don't have one
- This is a dish I make when I need to take something on the go as well since it is easy to eat, doesn't need to really be kept hot or cold. I just have the pancake by itself instead of with the yogurt
- If you want some sweetness you could add maple syrup on top or a spoon of sugar into the mix before cooking
