Cheese and Tomato always go so well together but add some Cruskits and Oregano and you are on to a real winner. They are the simplest of snacks to make too, and one the whole family will love. These are a classic from my childhood and I still love them as an adult today

There is no real recipe or measuring for this as you use as much or as little as you like. But I have listed all the ingredients and how too below.
Ingredients
-
Arnott's Cruskits
-
A little spread of butter
-
Cheese sliced, I prefer to slice my own cheese for these rather than cheese slices but you can use what you like
-
Tomatoes sliced
-
Salt & Pepper
-
Dried Oregano 🌿
Directions
Butter your cruskits and slice your cheese and tomato
Pop a layer of cheese on the bottom and then some slices of tomato on top I usually find about 2 big slices of tomato fit but put as many as you need and cut them half if they fit better
Add salt, pepper and oregano all over the top and eat straight away

Recipe Note
- I usually make about 4 at a time, it will depend how big your tomato is to how many it makes, I usually put about 2 slices per Cruskit.
- I also sometimes add some chopped up pickled Jalapenos for a bit of a twist which is delicious if you love a chili hit
Happy Snacking and don't forget to tag me in your creations I love to see them
