A easy yet delicious frozen snack that will become your new favourite. Perfect for those warm summer days
Ingredients
-
1 Punnet of Raspberries
-
50g of Yogurt
-
1-2 squares of Chocolate
-
A few pistachios crushed up
Directions
Wash your berries and dry before adding them to your bowl, and start crushing them with your fork. They don’t need to be perfect if you have some lumps etc or fully squished don’t worry
Pop 1 tsp of the raspberries onto a piece of baking paper in a little circle and repeat until it’s all done. Do this sitting on a chopping board or flat tray so that you can easy put it into the freezer. Once done pop in the freezer for 1 hour
Once frozen add the yogurt ,nuts & grated chocolate on top and back into the freezer for at least another 30 mins - 1 hour. Work quickly with this don’t let them sit out too long as they will melt
And enjoy once frozen

Recipe Note
- These can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer but need to remain frozen, only take them out when you are going to eat them and eat right away to prevent melting
- You can use any nuts you like or take them off. I like the flavour of the pistachiosm on top.
