This delicious frozen yogurt bark is so easy to make and you can use any of your favourite ingredients to add on top that you already have, you can really customise the flavours. The best part is you really don't need to measure with this one you can just add as much or as little as you like
Ingredients
300g Greek Yogurt
Handful of Raspberries Fresh or Frozen
Handful of Pistachios
Handful of Chocolate Chips
Directions
Add your greek yogurt to a lined tray, any tray is fine just one that fits in the freezer. Smooth it over the tray to make it even, it doesn't need to be perfectly flat just even and I used my spatula to help with this step. You can also make it as thick or thin as you like and make it as wide or big as you like too.
Add your toppings one at a time, try to evenly distribute all over the top. They will stick on the yogurt easily so just scatter.
Pop into the freezer for about 15-20 mins or until completely frozen through. This will depend on how thick or thin your yogurt is so keep an eye on it. You don't want to leave it for hours on end as it is uncovered and can get freezer burn. You jut want it frozen through so you can cut it.
Get it out of the freezer and break up into pieces right away so it doesn't melt, I used a sharp knife to help with this step. They don't need to be even or the same size.
And enjoy. Pop your remaining bark into an airtight container and back into the freezer. It needs to stay in there so it doesn't melt
Store these in an airtight container & freeze them for up to 2 months.
Don't leave your bark in the freezer uncovered for too much longer than needed as it will get freezer burn, you just want it to be frozen and then cut it up and pop into a container.
