Gingerbread Man Brie Cheese Platter

Ingredients

  • 1 Wheel of Brie Cheese

  • 1 Small Jar Quince Paste

  • 2 Carrots

  • 2 Cucumbers

  • 1 Packet of Crackers

  • Handful of Cherries

  • Gingerbread Man Cookie Cutter, I used mine from Bake it by Giovannellis

Directions

  1. 🧀 Get your fav Brie Cheese wheel I used the Mon Ami French Brie from Woolworths which was sooo yum!

  2. 🧀 Get your gingerbread man cookie cutter this is mine from Bake it by Giovannellis and lightly press into the middle you don’t need to push too far down or too hard, then using a knife start to pull away the top layer and a little bit of the cheese underneath. You can eat this too you don’t need to throw it out

  3. 🧀 Now add your quince in the hole, I used the Maggie Beer ones, give it a good mix up first in the jar then add it in, you can use any chutney, jam etc you like and use a spoon or knife to spread it evenly across it all.

  4. 🧀 then add some cut up veggies, crackers, I added cherries for Christmas red. You can add whatever you like to this, if you don’t like the cut up veggies just use crackers instead
