This flavour packed easy dinner is absolutely delicious and one of my current food obsessions. I took my Greek Style Lemon & Oregano Chicken switched it up a little and added it to a wrap with delicious garlic sauce and pickles to give it a twist and the flavours work so well together

Ingredients
Chicken & Veggies
- 2 -3 pieces of chicken thigh
- 6 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbs spoon of dried oregano
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
- 3 lemons 🍋
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 zucchinis
- 1/4 of a pumpkin
- 1 Red Onion
- 1/2 red capsicum
Wraps:
-
🌯 3-4 wraps of your choice warmed up
-
🌯 1 tbsp of garlic sauce per wrap*
-
🌯 About 4o 1/4 pickles cut into ¼s*
Directions
- 🌯 Preheat oven to 180c
🌯Mix your crushed garlic, oregano, oil, juice of your lemons & rosemary together and put aside (don’t throw the lemons skins out)
🌯 Cut your veggies into pieces about 1/4 pieces and add to a tray, cover with about 1/2 the marinade mixture & give it a good mix
- 🌯 Add your chicken and add the marinade all over the chicken and remaining on veggies
🌯 Cook in the oven for about 45 mins - 1 hour until veggies & chicken is cooked. If your veggies need more time take the chicken out & pop under some foil & keep cooking the veggies. I like mine to get a nice roasty toasty browning on top but this depends on your oven
🌯 Warm your wrap in a dry pan, it only takes a about 5-10 seconds each side, you just want to lightly warm it not cook it as it will go hard.
🌯 Chop the chicken up, add garlic sauce & then chicken, veggies & pickles & wrap it up to enjoy

Expert Tips, Variations & FAQ's:
- This will make about 3-4 wraps it depends on how much you add per wrap and how big the wrap is. If your wraps a smaller then you will get 4 but if your wraps are larger you may only get 3. I get about 4 when I make this
- If you want more simply double the recipe, it is a great one for left overs too
- *The Garlic sauce and pickles I used are from El Jannah and I used the leftovers from takeaway the day before. But you can get garlic sauce or garlic dip in most fruit shops and supermarkets so use any you like. The same goes for the pickles you can use any brand you like, I would use the whole pickles and slice them up for this, not the burger pickles. If you don't like them though just leave it off
- You can also change the garlic sauce to mayonnaise if you like too
