This is such a delicious grown up version of vegemite & cheese on toast and Aussie Classic breakfast option
Ingredients

2 Pieces of Sourdough or your fav bread
-
Butter
-
Vegemite
-
A few squares of Fetta Cheese
Directions
Toast your bread to your toasty liking
Add a spread of butter then vegemite, as much or as little as you like with this one it is a personal preference on the amount you add on
Crumble up your fetta across the top, you can add more and spread it if you like but I prefer to just crumble it over the top and again you can add as much as you like.

Recipe Note
- Don't get a fetta that is too salty otherwise this may be a bit too heavy on the salt. I like a nice neutral fetta cheese for this one.
- You could even use a goats cheese etc, any of your fav creamy style cheeses will work but just get one with a plain fetta, don't get one with herbs or spices etc it may not go with the vegemite
