This combo is absolutely delicious and so easy to make
Ingredients
-
2 Pieces of corn
-
Parmigiano or parmesan cheese grated approx. 1 Tbsp
-
1/4 tsp of Chili (cayenne pepper) this is spicy so take it out or use only a tiny bit if your not a spice fan
-
1/2 Tsp of Sweet Paprika Paprika
-
Just under 1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
-
Approx. 1-2 Tsp Butter
-
Lime Juice of 1/2 Lime
Directions
Peel any of the casing or stringy bits of the corn (if your green casing covers the whole corn & you don't have gaps you can cook it in that just leave as is and into the microwave) otherwise wrap in baking paper and twist the ends like a bon bon
Pop into the microwave for 3-4 mins until cooked you may need a little longer if its multiple corns simply check it after 3 minutes and cook a bit longer if needed
While its cooking mix your herbs together & grate your cheese
Get your corn out & unravel carefully, it’s hot & has steam so don’t burn yourself and watch your fingers
Coat in some butter as much as you like I use about ½ - 1 tsp
Then sprinkle your spice mix all over
Add your cheese, a good squeeze of lime juice & salt & pepper. Serve as is or you can pop it back into the oven or microwave till your cheese is just melted
Bonus tip add a little cheese on the plate underneath the heat from the corn will help melt it & you’ll have double sided cheesiness 🧀, Serve hot and enjoy

Recipe Note
- The spice mix will make about 2 or 3 depending how much you add so just add more spices if needed
- If you don't like chili but find paprika ok then just do paprika and garlic don't add the chili powder
- If you love a lot of spic you can easily add more
- These are best made and eaten fresh so make them to serve
