One of my favourite Breakfast options especially if I am in a rush and don't have time to sit to eat. I can take this delicious Smoothie in the car, but it will also fill you up. The Banana & Peanut Butter are a great combination.
Ingredients
- 🍌 1 banana
- 🍌 1 cup of milk i prefer Almond in smoothies it lets the fruit sing more i use @insideoutng unsweetened
- 🍌 1/4-1/2 tsp of cinnamon depending in your taste
- 🍌 3 Tsp of chia seeds white or black is fine
- 🍌 20g of vanilla protein powder i use @thehappymammoth
- 🍌 1.5 tsp of peanut butter is use the natural @begapeanutbutter
Directions
🍌 Add all your ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth & enjoy

- You can use any milk of choice for this I personally like almond as it lets the sweetness from the fruit shine through. I am not usually an almond milk drinker but I was told one day to try it in smoothies and I have been using it ever since.
- If you don't have protein powder you can use yogurt in it's place for the protein and to help fill you up
- You can use white or black
