You know I love anything Simson Pantry and I love these Souvlaki wraps that make it super quick and easy to make dinner. You can even use a BBQ chicken if you don't have time to cook one or if you had a roast on a Sunday use the left over chicken on a Monday for this souvlaki wrap.
Ingredients
-
Simsons Pantry High Protein Souvlaki wraps
-
1 tbsp Greek yogurt with about 1/2-1 tsp of Siracha I used the Bippi Brand
-
1 tbsp Nandos lemon & herb marinade for the chicken as I had some in the fridge
-
3 Lettuce Leaves
-
Approx. 100g of chicken breast
-
½ a Tomato Sliced
-
¼ Red Onion Sliced
-
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook your chicken in the pan until cooked through about 5 minutes per side. If you are using the marinade like me I cook my chicken for a bit first then add some marinade so it doesn’t burn or splatter everywhere
Chop your salad up by slicing the tomato and red onion & chopping the lettuce
Mix your yogurt and siracha sauce together, you can also add a splash of lemon or lime if you like
Once the chicken is ready heat up your wrap, I do this on a dry pan with no oil and it only for about 15 seconds or so each side until its warm
Slice your chicken, spread your sauce onto the wrap all over & assemble with chicken and then the salad
And enjoy

FAQ's & Notes
Q. Do I need to use the Nandos Sauce?
A. Nope you can just use plain chicken for this as well or use your favourite seasonings
Q. What if I don't like spice?
A. You can just use a yogurt, a mayo or sour cream instead if you like, you don't have to make the siracha sauce. Or you could swap the siracha for a sweet chili sauce too
Q. What if we don't have that brand of wraps?
A. You can use any brand you like of souvlaki wraps. That's just my fav.
