I have put a spin on an Aussie Classic and made the most delicious version of a Ripple Cake that you will love this Christmas. The flavour combination of the Lotus Biscoff and Chocolate Choc Chip Cookies is perfection and one you will love. And I used the Chocolate Choc Chip Cookies from Bake it By Giovannelli's

Why You’ll Love This Recipe:

✔️ Easy to make with no decorating experience needed & a quick option using a baking mix to make your cookies
✔️ The flavours are delicious together while still being light and not overpowering
✔️Can be used across many events, a birthday cake for someone who loves cookies, a great cake for Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas or just because you love dessert

Ingredients

Lotus Biscoff Ripple Cake with Homemade Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 🍪 Bake your Bake it by Giovannellis chocolate choc chip cookies baking mix as per the instructions and leave to cool completely you can’t have these warm with cream

  2. 🍪 Add your cream & lotus together and whip until combined & thick, don’t overwhip it though just until its thick & combined otherwise it will split. I find this better with a handheld whisk
  3. 🍪 Now assemble , add cream on your serving tray on the bottom to help it stick, then add some cream on the vack of a cookie and stick it to the tray and add another behind it & continue until done
  4. 🍪 Add cream all over the top and spread out using a knife or spatula covering the sides as well
  5. 🍪 Once done sprinkle some crushed up chocolate choc chip cookie & some melted biscoff on top. Just melt it for 15 seconds in the microwave
