While this may not be much of a recipe as such this is one of my favourite salads to make and something we ate in Italy all the time.
Ingredients

1 x 250g pack of Small or Cherry Tomatoes*
-
Approx. ½ - 1 Tsp of Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper to Taste

🍅 Chop your tomatoes in half I use the small or cherry tomatoes it works great with any kind but make sure they are fresh, crispy and delicious. It makes a difference when its flavourful & in season
🍅 Add a good drizzle of olive oil and a good dash of salt & pepper. Salt/pepper and tomatoes go so well together

Recipe Note
- Using in seasons tomatoes that are firm are a must for this recipe, the more in season they are the more flavour they will have. You can use any kind you like, I used the small Kumato's but you can also use cherry or Perino
- I don't usually measure the oil I just place a good drizzle over the top of the tomatoes
- Salt, Pepper and Tomatoes are a perfect match they really do need a good sprinkle of salt & pepper
