This is such a beautiful platter to sit on your table this Christmas and such a festive way to switch up a cheese platter for the holidays
Ingredients
-
1 x 200g Wheel Of Brie Cheese
-
1 x Dip of Choice I used Roasted Pepper from Red Rock Deli mine was 135g but any size is fine
-
1 x 200g Block of Red Leicester Cheese
-
1 x Pack of your fav crackers I used Red Rock Deli Brand
-
1 x 10 Slices of Salami
-
1 x Apple Sliced Thin
-
1 x 120g Container of cheese stuffed baby peppers from the deli
-
1 x 110g Container of Olives of your choice
-
A few Rosemary Sprigs
Directions
🧡 Get a circle platter or board I put some baking paper so the oil didn’t seep through (you don’t have to I just find this board of mine soaks the oil up and stains it) but also makes for easy clean up I just cut in in a circle. It gets covered anyway so you can’t see it.
🧡 Start with dip up the top did the Red Rock Deli roasted red capsicum, then add some brie but cut into little triangles, I did French Brie & Red Leicester Cheese for a pop of colour
🧡 Then add in some salami rolled up, then added antipasti of stuffed peppers and olives, some apple then a few sprigs of rosemary around the outside for that Christmas touch.
- 🧡 And add some crackers in the middle and you have your very own wreath cheese platter

Recipe Note
- I find it best to start with the dip on top then one ingredient like the Brie in a cross shape so do some at the bottom, sides and top. Then add the next ingredient in the same way sides, bottom, top and continue until it is all full. This way it is spread out nicely.
- You can make this as big or as little as you like, and make it as thick as you like so if you want to do 2 layers of everything you can do
- You can also switch up any ingredients you like for this one too, you can use any cheeses, any antipasto, fruits etc too.
