These delicious Green Beans are an absolute favourite of mine, the deliciousness of roasted green beans with garlic and parmesan is just delicious. If you need a bigger serve simply double the recipe. These are best eaten hot and straight from the airfryer as they cool down pretty quickly. So make them to serve.

Such a great side dish for Christmas & the Holiday season but this can be used all year round it is a great side
Ingredients
-
400g Green beans top & tailed
-
4 Garlic Gloves Crushed
-
A good sprinkle of Parmesan, I use Parmigiano Reggiano because it is delicious but parmesan will work too. I use about 1 Tablespoon or so but you don’t need to measure
-
Salt & Pepper
-
Approx. 1 Tsp Olive oil
Directions
Top and Tail your green beans, you can leave then whole if you want too I just like to cut off he ends that can be a bit stringy sometimes
Coat in a dash of olive oil, you don't need heaps just enough to coat them and add your crushed garlic and parmesan & give it a good mix to coat them
Pop them into your airfryer and spread them out onto 1 layer if possible so they all go nice and brown
Cook on 160°C for 15 mins flipping or mixing half way. If after 15 minutes they aren't super golden brown you can cook for another 5 minutes on 180°C
Once cooked add some salt & pepper and serve right away

Recipe Note
- You can also do this in the oven at 180°C if you don't have a air fryer, just keep an eye on them so they don't burn as they can go from not ready to burnt pretty quickly. So cook away for 8 minutes, check them and flip them over to cook both sides
- Eat right away so they don't go cold
- These make a great side dish to any dinner in or out of the holiday season and are beautiful with a roast dinner too. But can make a great snack too if you are looking for something different
