12 Recipes of Christmas: Garlic & Parmesan Green Beans

These delicious Green Beans are an absolute favourite of mine, the deliciousness of roasted green beans with garlic and parmesan is just delicious. If you need a bigger serve simply double the recipe. These are best eaten hot and straight from the airfryer as they cool down pretty quickly. So make them to serve.

12 Recipes of Christmas: Garlic & Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 400g Green beans top & tailed

  • 4 Garlic Gloves Crushed

  • A good sprinkle of Parmesan, I use Parmigiano Reggiano because it is delicious but parmesan will work too. I use about 1 Tablespoon or so but you don’t need to measure

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Approx. 1 Tsp Olive oil

Directions

  1. Top and Tail your green beans, you can leave then whole if you want too I just like to cut off he ends that can be a bit stringy sometimes

  2. Coat in a dash of olive oil, you don't need heaps just enough to coat them and add your crushed garlic and parmesan & give it a good mix to coat them

  3. Pop them into your airfryer and spread them out onto 1 layer if possible so they all go nice and brown

  4. Cook on 160°C for 15 mins flipping or mixing half way. If after 15 minutes they aren't super golden brown you can cook for another 5 minutes on 180°C

  5. Once cooked add some salt & pepper and serve right away
