A super simple yet delicious salad recipe that would perfect for a BBQ with some fresh BBQ skewers to go with your zesty and delicious Pico De Gallo Salad
Ingredients

🍢 4 Cooked *Chicken Skewers, you can make these or buy them I got mine from my local fruit shop as they are delicious and make this salad even easier to make.

🍢 1 cup Cooked Rice

🍢 6 heaped Tbsp of Pico De Gallo*

🍢 ½ of a Lebanese cucumber

🍢 ½ of a Red Capsicum

🍢 4 Tbsp of Tzatziki

🍢 ½ a lime 🍋🟩

🍢 Optional you could add avocado if you like too
Directions
Cook your skewers either on the BBQ, oven, stove top etc, Depending on your skewer size will depend on the cooking time but approx. 10 minutes
While your chicken is cooking boil some rice until cooked as per the packets instructions
Then simply assemble is easy just add your rice, then Pico de Gallo* & salad, skewers, tzatziki & lime
